We are selective about the work we take on because we expect to deliver exceptional results every time. That is why we stand fully behind each engagement. If you are not satisfied, we will address it directly. If it still falls short, we will refund your investment.
For us, accountability is a core principle, not a gimmick or marketing line. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because our clients are building organizations that need to succeed. We are confident in what we deliver, and we respect the organizations that place their trust in us.
Shaunna brings over 15 years of experience in building corporate organizations from the ground up, having played a direct role in shaping the strategy and execution of companies that have gone on to become Fortune 500 leaders.
Her career has been rooted in creating strong foundations that support long-term success. After retiring from the corporate sector in 2022, she chose to focus her consulting work on nonprofits and locally owned businesses that drive positive change in their communities.
A Los Angeles native, Shaunna now proudly calls Chicago her home, though she remains a devoted Dodgers fan! In her free time, you’ll find her dabbling with watercolors or struggling with the endless amounts of hair from her corgis.

Sorin’s career spans over 20 years, across engineering and manufacturing, with experience grounded in senior leadership roles in complex operational environments, and a focus on efficiency, safety, and long-term performance.
His work has been rooted in practical problem-solving, improving and leading systems that support disciplined execution, with a focus on building processes and teams that can handle real-world complexity. That hands-on mindset carries through everything he does.
Originally from Romania, Sorin immigrated to Canada and later the United States before choosing Chicago as home (allegedly for the hot dogs). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and spoiling his dog (Nova).

With over 10 years of experience as an independent graphic artist, Paul’s work focuses on designs that are both visually compelling and reflective of the individuality of each organization he works with.
He approaches each concept and task as both an artist and a designer, believing the final works should be expressive and functional. His goal is to create intentional designs that support the story being told and engage the audience it is meant to reach.
For 30 years, he called Scotland home, but once he set foot in Chicago, he never looked back! Outside of work, you’ll find him staying active in Chicago’s art scene as an accomplished oil painter, often finding inspiration within the city.
